In an international career spanning 20 years, Mithun Kamath has been a long-term advocate of skills development. In his current position as CEO of Arc Skills, he leads a global team that aims to bridge the skills gap between employers and graduates. To date, Arc Skills has trained over 40,000 people in 90 subjects across Africa, South Africa, Dubai, Malaysia, India, and Argentina. Most notably, Mr. Kamath has spearheaded the development of an innovative school programme that nurtures 21st century skills in students. This Arc Skills programme has been implemented in schools across Dubai and South Africa and will be integrated into institutions in Africa, Asia, and South America by 2018. He has published numerous articles in the field of 21st century skills and education.
