So-Young and her teams love to design and build innovative products and solutions to help organizations build capacity and capability. She is a pioneer constantly looking at new ways of solving big challenges. Her latest challenge is focused on how to encourage lifelong learning to maximize human potential and reach a billion people.She has committed her life to humanizing the world to maximize human creative potential having founded The Young Professionals’ Group (YPG) in 2000, a nonprofit dedicated to helping students achieve their professional dreams. She sits on the boards of Open University West Africa and Love North Korea Ministries. She is a TED-ster and has been a TEDx speaker. In 2014, she was selected by the World Economic Forum to be a Young Global Leader. Previously, she was with McKinsey & Company and Citigroup. So-Young is a Korean-American who goes back and forth between Singapore and California. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
